Our Campsite

Originally a fruit farm that later turned into a fishery, Arden Lakes is the ideal setting for those looking to  unwind and relax. You'll find some of the largest private pitches available, great facilities and a whole host of extra touches to make your stay a memorable one.

Our family run site is located in the south of Warwickshire, and situated just outside of the well-known town of Stratford-upon-Avon. We have just 5 pitches available spread over 24 acres, these include 1 Shepherds Hut, 2 Camping Pitches and 2 Touring Pitches.

Guests can explore our site by walking around the pathways we've made, that best capture the views surrounding Arden Lakes. When looking around you'll find that we have 6 lakes spread across our fishery, each are host to a range of different fish, from large Carp to fantastic Perch.

Local Area

Arden Lakes is only a few minutes drive from the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon. Instead of driving, guests also have the option of walking to the town. This is due to Arden Lakes having direct access to footpaths that connect our site to the town via the Welcome Hills. The Hills are a 148 acre nature reserve that offer some delightful walks through both grassland and woodland as well as see landmarks such as The Obelisk and Clopton House. The walk from the town to our site takes 40 minutes to complete. The footpaths from our site also lead to acclaimed local business The Farm, which is a collective of artisan food producers, a whole food café, farm shop and delicatessen.

Stratford-upon-Avon is most famous for being the birthplace of William Shakespeare. Guests that stay here enjoy exploring the town and learning about the history that surrounds it. Some sites of interest are Shakespeares Birthplace, Mary Ardens House and Bancroft Gardens. The world renowned Royal Shakespeare Company also perform a variety of plays throughout the year and we would highly recommend going to see one.

Arden Lakes also has very good access to the A46 and M40 means that neighbouring towns and villages are extremely easy to reach. Warwick town centre for example, home to Warwick Castle, is under a 15 minute drive away.

Our on site facilities are for all the touring and camping pitches. The facilities we have:
